Vintage Vogue Dress in Ivory Silk Dupion

This ivory silk dupion dress is reminiscent of the nipped-in waists of the 1950s, and the Marilyn Munro halter neck. The skirt length is just below the knee, and the dress has a black tulle bolero with beaded lace trim. A cover-up with a difference.
The dress is made to order, and is fully lined with a skirt with inverted side pleats which create width. There are several suitable accessories on the on-line shop to match, eg black lace gloves and hair and wrist corsages . The finishing at the waist is of vintage hand-made black lace. So very on trend!
